Thanks for asking C Cochran. The security deposit, like the rent, is calculated based on your income. While we do not charge pet fees, we do collect a $300 pet depost which is refundable at move-out if there are no pet related damages. We do not allow residents to introduce appliances into the unit of any kind but we do have a laundry room located on the first floor of the building that is available for our residents 24 hours a day. At this time we have a waitlist that is estimated to be about 6 months. Since we offer units based on the order that applications are received I would encourage you to visit and pick up an application or I can mail or email one to you. Let me know what works best or if you have any other questions!
You have to call there and the manager will mail you an application. You will go on a waiting list if you are approved. Dogs up to 20 pounds are allowed and you pay 300 to have the dog thete, unless it is a services dog. Then it is free and weight doesn't matter. Must have Doctor state reason for service dog.
Your best bet is to call them and ask. If you asked because I've been there it's due to delivering packages. I don't know anyone who lives there.
