Yes there are shallow parts for little kids. Check the web site or call for current prices. Make sure you get there 30 minutes to one hour before the park opens or you may not get in. It fills up quickly, especially on weekends.
Yes this is a great place for families, not sure about the admission , its best to call as sometimes they have discounted tickets
