Roger's Park is the best to launch for free.. only gotta pay parking fees.
Pine island is really close. You have to pay $5 for be parking but you could probably get around launching from Weeki that way. I'd check to make sure.
I am not sure...that seems a bit much from them. They are the only ones with ramp access on that region. Maybe you could drive up the road for a few minutes and see if there is a public access ramp? Hope that gives some ideas!
