Is re-entry allowed? I plan to kayak and was told to buy tickets before, but unsure if you can buy tickets and go kayaking, and then enter the park later

It's easy. Just ask for your hand to be stamped for re-entry.

You can re-enter if you get your hand stamped on the way out. They asked when we left. Real easy.

I think as long as you don't go in, and have the tickets with you when you come back it'll be fine. I don't think reentry is allowed. Ask when you purchase them just to make sure. Also if you have a state park pass 2 people in free, just in case that's helpful to you.
