Before the park opens. You will definitely be waiting in line even before the parks open.
I would be there at 8:30 am. They start to get busy and then the lines are. Just an FYI - your weeki Wachee ticket includes buccaneer bay too.
You need to get there early to take a seat or you can take a seat from your house at the entrance they give you a map that says the time and the different attractions.

Gates open at 9am. We got there about 845am and it was maybe 5 minutes to the ticket booth at 9am
As early as possible, we were in line for about an hour.
How much is it for the mermaid show or is it included?
The best time is later on in the afternoon. We went around lunchtime and got right in, the only line we stood for was the mermaid show, otger than that it was great.
I'd be there in the lot and in line at 8 am if you wanna get a good spot. It gets crazy busy early on the weekends
