Think they have 1 or 2 bedrooms. I'm not sure if filing chapter 7 will be an issues, but I know have a recent eviction might look bad to them. Just call and ask them.

I think this apartment complex only has 1-2 bdrm apartments & I'm not sure about that. You can just call the office to see. They are pretty helpful
