Good afternoon, I will be in Orlando from October 12 to 18 and I would like to take my i phone 7 plus that has stopped working while under warranty. Should I be given an appointment or do I just go with the phone?

Hi! It is best to contact Apple support at https://getsupport.apple.com. They will send you a box in the mail to return your phone. That is usually the best way to fix it.
