From my last visit i noticed a booth for boost but i prefer metro 😛 but as far as swapping from the phone to another carrier these days as long as the phone is part of their compatible phones it should be a fairly simple process. I'm sure they're would be someone there to answer, or talk to boost company themselves and find out for sure youre able to do a carrier swap. Some phones have weird lock downs to force you to stay with your current carrier, (I've had many phones/carriers)

I don't now anything about best buy or how to boost a new phone and I don't work at best buy contact someone how works at the cellphone area in best buy
