I needed a dryer belt so I called them,they told me what I needed to bring with me. I got there and they all greeted me when I walked in and within minutes I had the right part in my hand,wish I went there first. They got a customer for life.

Charged as a $100 for a part that cost $10 dollars had to come out multiple times told us the problem was fixed came out again eventually to tell us that they turn the freezer on and on and off and that we would have to buy another new part. Also told us that we were gonna get a veterans discount just to be charged quadruple the price of a part there was no discount there was no convenience not anybody that I would recommend to have come out to do any work for you unless you wantna just talk politics then I would recommend it.🤣

I brought the appliance to them, and they wanted to charge me a non refundable fee that was not applied to the repair just to look at it. Two points: I already know it needed the repair , not paying you to tell me "Yep, needs fixi'n" 2. You have to diagnose it to repair it. Why double charge the customer? Took my business elsewhere!

Worst experience ever!! I would rate this 0 stars if i could.. From the first call I could tell this company had no organization. There was never any callback communication unless I called first. Finally after waiting for 3 1/2 weeks for them to order the part to repair my oven, they ordered the wrong part. NO profesessionalism when speaking with customers and then had the audacity to preach to me about politics.. never use this company!!
