I came home from working late to no power and it was disconnected due to a billing error. I immediately called to resolve the issue and all that Is offered is an automated system now I’m without power until the next business day!? UNACCEPTABLE

I have had nothing but trouble we moved from Boca to tampa 4 weeks ago they have returned my check which i have had 30 years 5 times and I have called 10 times So inadequate

This same thing happened to me. The only way to get TECO’s attention is to report them to the Public Service Commission. As a customer, we are nothing to them and they will deal with the customer when they get to us. They are forced to deal with the PSC.
