Why is this walmart so horrible. Why do they not pride themselves in customer service

I question this WalMart myself as they seem bias in certain departments, just my opinion of course

Have you been to a WalMart that does? Legitimately curious, as I personally have never been to a WalMart in the 7 states I've lived in that has. I won't even count states I've merely visited, because I feel it's unfair to judge based off of one visit to a location
