This store kind of bomb ngl. The men's and women's sections are very legit. I especially love the aesthetic of all the clothes, and definitely a lot of good options to choose from at a very good range of prices. A lot of it is very expensive but there's also a lot of options for under 30, which is amazing. Definitely like the look of the women's better though because not only is there replicas of the old Macy's (like the gators by the escalators) but you also just go underground on the escalators so it is even more of an adventure. Will go every time.

Maaaan, Dillard’s sho do love me. And my $$$money. This is a very nice store, though it took me a while to figure out there are TWO Dillard’s locations in the Oaks Mall: A Women’s store and a men’s. One of them has home goods and perfume - can’t remember which is home stuff - but the Women’s perfume and makeup section is, if you love that stuff like moi, is a very large and delightful playground. Love, love, love 💕 their shoe department. What helpful folks work there! Though Dillard’s is, in my middle-class opinion, expensive (and recently even more so), they truly have on-trend clothing. They carry a surprising variety of name brand quality stuff. Heck, even their store brand things are better than most other department stores. Bottom line: hiiiee Dillard’s…it’s me - again and again, online and in-store.

Dillard was very professional and adherent to COVID19 guidelines and protocols. Hand sanitizer was readily available as well as for sale. Every employee that I saw also was wearing a mask which really eased my being there. And you could also obviously see the sales associates making every attempt to maintain social distancing while still giving you individualized attention.

All eligible returns can be returned in person to any Dillard's store (excluding Clearance Centers). The merchandise that you wish to exchange must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the packing slip or on the item's product page. The merchandise must also be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Make sure to bring your original receipt or the original Dillard's Proof of Purchase Label as well. (Proof of Purchase information is included on the packing slip for all Dillard's Direct orders.) If the merchandise is footwear, it must be accompanied by its original box. All merchandise tags should also remain attached.
