All eligible returns can be returned in person to any Dillard's store (excluding Clearance Centers). The merchandise that you wish to exchange must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the packing slip or on the item's product page. The merchandise must also be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Make sure to bring your original receipt or the original Dillard's Proof of Purchase Label as well. (Proof of Purchase information is included on the packing slip for all Dillard's Direct orders.) If the merchandise is footwear, it must be accompanied by its original box. All merchandise tags should also remain attached.
Do you have the tags or a receipt or something? If not you may have a VERY difficult time. My mom bought two purses two days apart,they BOTH broke. She didn't have the tags or receipts for one and she literally had to go to their Facebook page to make a complaint because the store wouldn't help before a store manager stepped in. Good luck
