Yeah I enjoy going there when we are in the area. We sit far away from the bar so we don't have to listen to ALL the stuff the bartender knows about sports and life in general. When he's busy though the atmosphere is quite nice for viewing your favorite sports team. Never had a problem with poor food or bad waiting- quite the contrary- but the inattentiveness of the servers I have experienced before.
We had a similar experience on Saturday. Over 20 members of a sports team were there and we waited. Food was okay, but waitress was not attentive to our requests.

Yeah they have some real bad days. Sometimes we go and get pretty good service, other times it takes forever for everything. Food is good though, so there's that. Sorry you had a bad experience. Can always try again another time and hope for decent service.
It's not usually like this here it is a very good place to go on a normal basis with very good management!
