If I were you, I wouldn't move here. I've been living here for 7 months. luxurious is just the name. gate always open, dirty stairs, infested with cockroaches, no parking after 8 pm, swimming pool full of people who don't live here and the elevator when it breaks it takes more than 1 month to fix it. when you go to the office to complain, they don't bother to call the manager, they just say there's nothing they can do. It's absurd you pay high rent but you don't even have the right to complain.

I really love my experience here!!! I had a traumatizing situation at another apartment complex and moving here has bean a real breath of fresh air!!!! The staff is very friendly and professional the process was quick and timely. Deyanira was so professional the moment I walked trough the door she explained everything and left no stone unturned. Every question I needed answered had a immediate response. Great customer service and I am a tough cookie to please. The apartment was awesome!!! It’s modern, clean and ready for move in, I was shown the actual apartment not a model. Community is very quiet it’s home sweet home!!!!

CHEAP CONSTRUCTION!! This apartment complex would be so nice to live if only it was built better. Since moving here in 2021 our biggest issue has been how thin these walls are between the other apartments. You can hear EVERYTHING!! I have literally lost sleep over this. The neighbors kid upstairs keeps running up and down causing my ceiling to shake, constantly dropping things on the floor, stomping, heavy foot traffic causing us to lose sleep. I have mentioned this several times to the office but nothing serious is being done about it. I know for a fact that there are more than 5 people living in that 2 bedroom apartment!! I can deal with hearing the doors close but everything else is just too much!! Another issue is the Fetch service that needs to go. They are constantly losing my packages and then I have to go through the hassle and aggravation of tracking it down! The only reason I renewed my lease for another year is for the simple fact that everything out there is way too expensive right now and when I tried renewing my lease even that was a hassle. I was told Debbie the new manager would take care of it and multiple times I had to go into the office and it still wasn’t done. Next thing I know I come home and find a letter on my door saying I had 3 days to pay rent or vacate the premises. Even though I had ALREADY paid my rent for April! I don’t know what happened with Judy the previous manager but she was very helpful and nice. Since this place opened and we moved in here this is now the 3rd manager. Not that here is that much better.This apartment is purely cosmetic. For the amount of money I am charged for rent I expect much better service but instead from day one of moving in here it’s been one problem after the other.

Thought our application process was going to be overwhelming and difficult but Deyanira made our experience wonderful. From guiding us through out it step by step to answering all questions/concerns we had. She is super helpful !!! So happy she was the one to guide us through out the move in process. So happy with our decision, the apartment is great !
