Yes, Red Sun Yoga does provide mats, though most people bring their own.
We do. It’s best if you have your own, but we do have a couple of loaner mats that you may use until you get your own.
Can I apply
YES, there are mats there to use but mainly if you have forgotten yours or you are new to yoga and not wanting to invest in a mat until you try yoga a few times. There is no charge to use them. There is spray and small towel in the main studio to wipe them down. I would do it before and then after using.
