How is the crawfish? Do they do it like LA? In Louisiana it's boiled with corn on the cob and potatoes with cajun seasoning! So I was wondering if theirs was anything like that???

It's delicious but not a full steamer plate from the buffet. They could probably prepare it for you if asked.
