Staff is very nice and polite but not intelligent. I went to Er for stitches and they wrote the wrong last name. I told the nurse multiple times but was told will fix it later. They never fixed it. Even when I gave them my drivers license. I don’t know why they didn’t want to fix it. They kept brushing me off. My records all have the wrong name and I received a bill with the wrong name. I tried calling to fix the issue but they put me on hold for a hour and then hang up. When I went to pick up my prescription it was such a hassle because they sent it in the wrong name. I won’t be going back to Poinciana hospital if they can’t even put in a name correct in the computer and they don’t care enough to even fix it.

What a beautiful hospital. highly organized and efficient. from the very moment you walk in till the moment they wheel you out.. everything works like a clock, so in sync it truly amazed me. the security was very top notch. clinicians very skilled, techs, and the RN's Aced everything. so that being said I would go there anytime and will recommend tp everyone I know.

Hi. My mother had surgery on her right ankle. I just want to let everyone know that our experience here at this hospital was fantastic! Every staff member was totally wonderful from the nurses, to the doctors, and so on. I would like to give a special THANK YOU to OR Assistant Alex V as he is AMAZING❣️ We pray that every patient has an "Alex V" taking care of them as he made my Mother's experience so carefree, blessed, and all around superb and delightful. He eased her nerves, offered close attention to detail, great listener, and so much more. Alex V you deserve a raise.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stayed here for 6 days due to having Rabdomyolysis. Didn’t meet the doctor until the 4th day, got the run around consistently every time I asked a question no one was able to help. They always said we have to ask for the doctor. I never wanna be in the care of somewhere that I have to beg to see the doctor and for information.. I had to discharge myself because I didn’t feel like I was getting any better.

I wish i knew. My wifes er experience was terrible. We will never use this facility again. So many needless tests, simply because no Dr. cared enough to sit and talk to her. So interested in medicating and releasing, or admitting for more needless tests. Our bills are still coming in and so much that we are being billed for, never needed to be done. Makes me sick. Lol. No a walk-in is welcomed there. You just need to bring in the blood work orders from your doctor or who ever is making you get the blood work.
