Here's the deal. Front desk staff unfortunately is not trained properly or ongoing for guests service. The company needs to either bring in a guest service trainer or do this internally with their doctors. Now they have a ghetto attitude from when you put 1 foot in the door, they have that "why you asking question papi just go away " very ratched people.
