No tellers at drive thru for service (as all BOA’s in Kissimmee); not much better in the lobby- quoted a 4 hour wait to complete a 1-5 minute process/transaction. The big issue- this has been Bank of America’s MOA for years now in all Kissimmee branches. The customer service has decreased and the prices & wait time have continued to increase. Terrible customer service is an all too often theme with this bank and their branches.
