I only gave this facility one star because Dr. Pillay was there. She is a great physician. The other physicians and the staff are the absolute worst arrogant, ignorant and self absorbed medical providers I've ever met! The last doctor I saw told me I was lying about my condition, then told me to schedule another appointment to give her time to review my record. Seriously! I made several complaints to Sanitas and Florida Blue, and NOTHING changed. I just stopped going to the doctor until I could change my insurance. No more Sanitas and no more Florida Blue!

It very sad that you can’t get a appointment with your pcp doctor it very hard to get a appointment with your doctor office it very sad with the service with you guys you call to make a appointment they give you a hard time. .

No issue with nurse. Like many of the complaints. Mine is with the lack of respect for appointment times. After almost two hours of waiting inside room I walked out. No word or sight from the doctor or reasons to why there was such a long delay. Will be rescheduling at different location.
