Purchased a cardigan and had it embroidered there about a month ago... never heard back if it was ready or not... have called at least 10 times and no answer. No returns on my voicemails either! Store is pretty far from my house so haven't had a chance to go down there yet. 😑

Horrible experience and I will never come back! Don't waste your time! I went in and asked for plain polos. The lady helped me went to the back and got polos. I asked her how much were these polls she said 14.99. So I asked her for 10. The line was so long I waited 35 minutes in line to get checked out. It was so hot and crowded. When I finally went to pay the lady told me they were 18 a shirt. I told the manager that the employee had told me 14 and that's why I waited in line 35 minutes. The employee even admitted that she told me the wrong price. The manager said, oh well she told you wrong. No offer to honor price or discount. It was so crowded and hot I fought my anxiety being in there for nothing now!

Went in to order a particular school uniform jacket because I wanted a bigger size. The The lady said the next size up from what they had in the store would be an adult small, which would work out great. So I ordered and paid for it. When I went to pick it up it was Not the jacket I ordered. The jacket that came was the same jacket style in the store that my son did not want. The store said that the warehouse ran out . So don’t you think one would get a notification? And there are no refunds which is ridiculous because I was not at fault!! It’s a good place for school uniforms but prices are very expensive.
