You can go to Dillard's or K&G to find formal wear for men. They had just recently closed down JCPenny I heard, which saddens me a lot because I loved shopping there, especially when I was younger. I feel that K&G is new though, because I never heard of it before except recently from some members in my church, and pretty much their whole selection is just formal wear lol, but those are the two places you can check out for that.
The Town Center, Any Men's Wearhouse and some Belk stores would be your best options.
Very unlikely, J C Penny's and Dillard' s Outlet are probably your only choices.

The only place that has formal wear is the Dillards clearance outlet. Really good prices!! They are located on the backside of the mall across from the movie theatre.
