I have a cat who is 18 years old I'm afraid it's her time she has lost so much wait and not eating ,vomiting after drink or eat and peeing and pooping all over house wont use box. Is there fee to have her put down please let me know thank you

They do charge a fee for their services but it isn't much, a fraction of the cost of a traditional veterinary clinic. They have programs for some services discounted even more if you receive public assistance. Call and ask.
