All the St Petersburg museums have a free day in Oct. The lines are long so you will need to pick the one you really want to go to. It use to come as an announcement in our water bill. Call and ask

I hate to say, that's information available on their website. I Don't recall off hand. But as for Spanish, i believe so, every painting has a description in Spanish as well)
