I have four tickets for January 15 with 10:30 on the ticket, is that the time we are supposed to be there? We live in Gainesville so 10:30 is a bit early for us. If we are there at 12:00 will we still be able to use the tickets?

No. You need to be there exactly at the time your tickets otherwise they will not let you in. You should travel the night before and be there around 10 15 or 10:20 it has to do with the pandemic. They can only allow a certain amount of people in each shift. Maybe if you call them

10:30 is your time.

When I went they had separate sections for the 4pm tickets and the 4:30pk tickets.
