Anyone can for free stroll the large gift shop ,cafe and lovely outdoor attractions for free . 10$ to park its cheeper to buy a membership then parking is free and you get 15% discount on purchases and food.
I would say to not make the docents have a heart attack, a free roamer should be at least a mature teenager. Children should be accompanied by an adult. For a date this place is perfect. We dressed up and I took my wife here. We ate at the Cafe. It was super nice. We ubered so we didn't have to worry about parking or anything. Students get discounted admission.
It is best if the age be in an adult range, as some people may think that not every work would be appropriate for children.
Umm, if you're taking someone for a date, judge, they should be at least old enough to behave themselves appropriately in a museum ....
GREAT place for a date. Enjoy the little restaurant afterwards with a nice glass of wine... walk the beautiful grounds and right across the street the bay to smell the sea salt.
Depends on what interests you both. There is a fee for entry to the museum (look for specific dates... as it varies for days of the week). Visit to the museum is totally worth it!
