I know this post is a year old but there could possibly be someone in the park willing to rent for just the lot rent only and not make a profit maybe they might want to go and visit and stay someplace else always inquire the answer to every question is now if you don't ask
Maybe if you moved to the center of the state but you won't get anything close to 6:50 a month close to the coast
