The Sanborn Center is operated by the city. There are city workers that are black folk. At the Monday dance no one makes any issue about anyone. Once a month we have representatives from retirement centers etc give a presentation. Everyone treated her without regard to race. In fact she was very professional.
I do not currently have any African Americans in my class but I can’t speak for other classes or organizations.
