Drove down to Woodmasters to find wood to make a console table. Loved that Duke (the owner) lives on site and welcomes customers on the weekend, which is great for people like us who can't easily shop on a weekday during traditional business hours. Summer, the owner's daughter, is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was very patient with me as I looked at all of the options and answered all of my questions. Enjoyed meeting the resident chicken, who fortunately was in a "good mood" that day. Duke planed and cut it for us and helped us load it. Here's pics of the finished product. Will happily make the drive down there to source wood for future projects. Thank you Summer and Duke!

Wood cut to order - the owner, Duke, is very skilled at his craft and willing to do what it takes to get what you need. If you have a log to slice into boards or if you have a specialty piece of wood for an old home or a cabinet to build or repair, you can likely find it here. Have patience though - don't come in a rush. This is a sawmill at a home - not a lumber yard.

Was looking for live edge walnut, he didn't have any but had a ton of other choices, picked out a nice piece of white oak that after sanding and finishing turned out beautiful on my bar.

While at the mill I noticed a Wood-Mizer LT40. The maximum diameter this saw will handle is 36". No other saws were observed. Based on that information I'd say no. I am not the owner nor do I represent this business.
Yes, we sell good fresh sawdust for several purposes. #1) We have safe clean farm animal saw dust sold by the large construction size bags. #2) Sold by the yard or truck loads. #3 Shovel loads are the cheapest. Bring your favorite shovel... Self serve and get a deal.
I have a wide variety of lumber for garden and flower beds. Boarders and sea walls. Cost depends on what you want and how long you want it to last. Thanks
Do take trees that have been cut and run them thru your saw mill. If so what is your price. Also do you plane it.
Slabs will curl up in the Ac. Environment if there not properly kiln dried. Be careful.
