I have been there on several occasions in search of real estate information and I find the office to be very customer-focused. Much more so than it was under the previous Gilbreath administration, where it was all about "The Property Appraiser." Thank you Mr. Bartlett for bringing the office into the 21st century

I had a few pertinent questions about property ‘legalities’ and didn’t make it past the first person to answer my call😳 ❤️🥰! The wonderful young woman tolerated my ranting and questions and I insisted that if need, transfer me to anyone, who can help❤️ She never transferred me and fielded at least three questions/issues, mostly unrelated to her specific job, quite probably❤️ Outstanding❣️ I am forever grateful that human kindness is still prevalent in some of the population.

It should be in your loan paperwork. It has to be inspected so look for the inspection report.

does the soh tax limitation on taxable property apply to only existing homes or can a newly manufacture home qualify once homesteaded? currently renting about to be shopping for homes and this greatly affects PITI payments
