What is the best handicap accessible way to enter Polk theatre?

I only know the front door. Park North of theater and come in through the front on South Florida Ave. No steps that I can remember.

There are no steps going into the theater itself. There is parking adjacent to the building itself (tucked a bit behind). There are wheelchair accessible seating options on the main lower level, from what I can remember.
