Not sure who this lady is but I had to go to Bartow back to back today and yesterday and saw the same young lady driving a grey Ford Focus driving down 98 north and she was texting and driving...steering with her knees ... doing 65 mph for a long period of time both days . I I’ll a picture with the license plate number . Plz fix this problem..I’m guessing she’s some sort of probation officer or something. The tag said sheriff. ZKD57. Is the license plate
