You might be able to if you provide proof of ownership. Chances are there will be a few involved. The previous owner probably did not have a blueprint to give you. Those are generally provided only if it was a custom built home where the home buyer pays for the blueprint. When it's something like a rubber stamp (spec) house the plans are proprietary. What do you need them for? Depending on need you might be able to get the information a cheaper route (e.g., if it was a spec home there could be a brochure from the builder for your house model that would have basic measurements).
