Our return policy is posted on the counter in front of each register and printed at the bottom of each receipt. We also try to tell each customer the policy at each purchase, but at busy times that does not always happen. The policy clearly states within 7 days with tags attached and receipt present. The item must be returned in condition where we are able to resell it on our sales floor, the same condition in which the customer purchased the item. If any of these things are not present, we generally do not make the return. We believe this is a fair policy for everyone involved.
