2 hours is fairly enough. I would say even 1 hour is enough. All terminal are linked through walk ways or train. Follow signs. Otherwise just ask around local staff. They are pretty nice courteous and helpful to guide. It's nice quite airport in sunshine state
Maria, I think you should be fine.
If it's a connecting flight, then 2 hours will be plenty as long as you don't go outside. If you do go outside, then you will have to go through the Customs first and then again through the security check to go back in.
MCO is fairly easy to navigate. As long as your flight from Panama City is on time, you'll be just fine.
