Not exactly what i expected at first everyone and everything was great but then eventually great officers left and took the excitement all the way. Now it's everyone for themselves, Gossip, Favoritism, No team work people willing to throw everyone under the bus. Branch Manager various some some fail and few try and the sites well goodluck.

Very bad company!! They refused to tell you where and how much you'll get pay. I was hired then told me a branch manager will contact me within 48 hours about my site and schedule. Fast forward to 5 days later, I got a call from someone else offering to go work someone else the next day. I guess someone call off. I repeatedly asked how much i will get pay"He kept saying " I'm trying to give hours, you want them". The problem is , I live in Sanford and the site is Orlando. I won't drive for one hour for 9.50 or less. On top of that i was supposed to get a call about my uniform because they didn't have my size. That never happened. The day the guy call me he told me to stop by the office and come gets them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFS!!!

First of all heed the warning of all of these other reviews. They speak the truth the company securitas only care for the contract not you. They will fire you for any pity thing you do. I worked with this company before in 2014 and I applied not long ago and it has not changed. The management team only seeks the intreste of the contract and has zero campation and understanding. Heed the warning of these reviews the employees who are there probably have no other choice and have not seeked any other company. I would add they will pay you low 10 or less and give you no I formation about the property and the communication terrible. They will continue to switch you around everywhere while you have no say. Call out means you are fired.

Horrible place! Avoid at all costs unless you are very desperate for under $10 an hour. Majority of positions are under $10 so don't be surprised if they talk of or offer you more but you end up making less. They claim they will put you near your address but many officers are driving an hour away to a site making $10 or less. Don't get me started on the Branch Manager Lincoln Flowers. Horrible unprofessional man. Many of my former officers including myself had to deal with him. He will call your site screaming his head off about usually nothing, talk down to you like you are nothing, treat you lower than dirt, try and puff his chest at you because he is the boss and he can fire you when he wants, he will never stand up for you if there is a disagreement at your site, oh and if your even remotely more intelligent than him be prepared for him to know it all and try to degrade you. Beware if you get the EA Sports site. Great place to work IF you are not a Securitas employee. That is a $11 hour site, however Lincoln and the site Facilities Manager Steve Berry will make your life hell. When you get interviewed for that site you are shown just a little of what is required. Most people will run because it's a lot. Hope you like being a secretary, door greeter, part time facilities person, and mail man. Oh and being treated worse than the cleaners! 63 page policy and procedure book just for that site alone. There is a reason everyone in that place looks at you like you won't last , because most people leave within 6 months. Not to mention you have to watch the 100's of emails come through everyday and hope like hell you didn't upset Steve or Lincoln. They are not very shy about ripping people publicly. I thought I could deal with it all for $11. I lasted almost a year and had to go because they refused to work with me on my college schedule. Be prepared to never have a life and get used and abused for this company.
