Do not work for this company! They will nitpick, micro manage, and be overbearing at every single step that they can. The managers might seem nice but will be calling you out and texting/calling you on your off days or off time questioning and antagonizing you about any little thing on your shift that you might not have done to their liking. It’s not worth it especially for what they pay and the kind of sites they have. You are just a “body” to them, no loyalty, there are a lot of other companies that will treat you much better than these people. It almost felt like being in the military all Over again when i worked for them. Fake a$$ managers and supervisors. Stay away!

Great company with some of the best training I've seen since being in security. They work great to keep your personal life and work life balanced.

Great Management , Great properties. Management responds quickly and efficiently. Job is easy as long as you follow procedures. Great pay rates

Sunstates is a great company to work for and it's leadership from the local level to corporate executives prove every day that they really care about people. That is the major difference from what I have experienced at other companies that claimed to care but never demonstrated it through their daily work and actions. If your an officer that has been mistreated by other companies, give Sunstates a chance and you won't be disappointed.

Hello, for the state of FL you need an Active Florida Class D Security license (blue card). The class d license requires 40 hours of professional security training to meet state licensing requirements. https://securitylicenseflorida.com/florida-security-d-license/#:~:text=What%20is%20a%20Class%20D,as%20per%20Florida%20Statutes%20493.
We're sorry you had an issue applying. We've checked everything on our end and it seems to be working now.
