Culligan Water Systems is a true household name to quality water here in Florida. We’ve owned one for a few short weeks and love it so far. Gio serviced our system and he was knowledgeable of the product and courteous right from the start. He also provided useful information and tips to keeping the system in its optimal state. Gio is a true professional!

I would like to share the amazing experience I had on the installation of my Culligan water system with Gio and Carlos. They came in on time and were super professional and informative as well. They finished they installation quickly and 100% to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend they work. 5 stars for sure.

UPDATED FROM 5 STARS TO 3 STARS We met with Deborah at our home and she explained every aspect of a water softening system in a clear, concise none pushy way. We were incredibly pleased with the time frame of installation. The Installer was also excellent in connecting our system and explaining everything to us in a simple understandable manner. We totally recommend doing business with this company. REVISED AFTER 6 MONTHS: We have no problem at all with the equipment. It performs perfectly as promised. Our issue is Culligan not following the terms of our agreement. The agreement was what they called “Same as Cash” financing. If you pay the total via 6 monthly payments, no interest charge will be added. Our contract was signed mid month. The equipment was installed towards the end of the same month and our 1st payment was automatically deducted from our account the following month. The last payment was naturally deducted more than six mo this after signing the contract by 3 weeks therefore we were charged interest. I have called everyone from the sales rep, the finance company and Culligan themselves to no avail. I would call this very deceptive practices. BEWARE!!!!!!

There may be a damaged float. When the system goes into a brine draw, it could be sucking air into the tank.
