Not through TSA
Ask the airline you are traveling on, also TSA has a liquid limit going into each terminal. If purchased after TSA screening it just needs to comply with your airlines 1+1 rule onto aircraft.
I think you're allowed a certain amount of alcoholic beverages (unopened on a flight,)
