Probably a pat down or something like that sorry I've never been in that situation.
You have to tell them beforehand for an alternate way of checking you. My wife had one and never had problems.
They might make your precheck and use a full body scanner id call the airport as I'm sure each one may have different procedures
That's going to be a discussion to have with the TSA. They may opt to do a pat down instead
