At either end of the Main Terminal on Level 2 (Arrivals) or additionally on Level 3 (Departures) between 9pm and 2am
There are doors near the baggage claim that you are picked up you can select the pickup location to be any one of those doors
There's a lot just outside of the airport and they wait for rides in the cue. I don't recall exactly where it's located, because I only went there once while working for either Uber or Lyft. Good luck!
