The best way is to do it electronically. Have the person in Florida get the airline’s app on their phone. That way they can open it up and use it on their phone. The boarding pass will be there.

Easy they can go to the airport look up the info and print pass.. Make sure you email them their itenerary... Or if you fly with Alaska they have a very handy app..
