You should call them and ask them any questions you have. This is just a review board. I can tell you that I had a small thyroid nodule that they found and just went ahead and removed it for me while I was under having my parathyroid tumor removed. But I had made them aware that one had been found before I came to see them. So it's best for you to call them and let them know.
They only do parathyroid. However, there is a thyroid clinic down there as well they work closely with and can refer you.
I'm sorry for your difficulty. Not sure, but I think they are strictly parathyroid. Excellent professionals. Highly recommend them.
