I drive allll the way from Osteen, an hour away, just to see their PA Kelsey Hoblick. I can’t say enough great things about her ! She has amazing bed side manners, she’s very personable, she actually listens to what I’m saying & I feel like she truly cares about my well being. Family health source is lucky to have her !!

I love this office. H. Roberson, ARNP has been my primary care for years now, and my family has been using Family Health Source, DeLand office and pediatrics.

I love Dr Roberson but the staff are unreliable and you can never get through on the phone. I have called and talked to several people who said they will send a script to Radiology Imaging. I had an abnormal mammogram and they want to do more testing. But I need my PCP to send a script. I was told by your office that it would be handled. When I showed up for my appointment yesterday they had still not gotten anything from you. They called you several times and was not ever able to talk to anyone. I have called several times today and the wait time is crazy long. I have one of two options. Either give me an email address so that there is proof of the conversations that I have with your staff. Or I will have to find a new PCP. I don't care how much I like the doctor. Having a staff that doesn't doe their job and wastes my time and not being able to contact you is not somewhere that I can have as my PCP.

The staff were all very kind. They provided me with so many helpful resources. The Dr went out of her way to find me the least expensive medication definitely a place i would recommend

Hi Ms. Mischler, yes we are. What insurance do you have? We take many.
Hi Ms. Petz, No. Once you go to your physical, most likely the healthcare provider will order labs, and when you go to get your blood drawn, that is when you have to fast.
