Coarse or large-grain salt crystals, even after being ground, are still larger than standard salt found in shakers. Because they are larger, they stick to your food better and dissolve more slowly, rounding out the intensity of the salt. It also can help prevent accidentally adding more salt than you intended. You can always add more salt, but if there's too much salt - you're basically stuck with it. Lastly, salt tends to cake in the presence of humidity, so when coarser salt cakes, you need only grind as you normally would. When fine salt gets all caked up, well...you may or may not have the same luck.
Its a sports bar... you're supposed to work for your food.
Are you serious! I think the purpose is to get a healthier dose of salt and pepper. Over shaking can ruin the food that your still going to pay for! This is not Ceasers Palace where they put napkins in your lap and feed you. So you have to pick up the salt and pepper grinder and turn the handle a few times. But please feel free to bring your own because it is not the waitress or waiters responsibility to season your food!
Seriously! This is what's wrong with the world!
I enjoy watching Mike trying to figure out how the grinders work and throw a fit... like a monkey flinging poo. Between his Barney bib and "outside" helmet, he's entertainment for the whole family!!!
Like GRANT SAID ITS A SPORTS BAR HANG R DON'T HANG😎😁😎 GO FALCONS AND BULL DAWGZ ..
When I work I get paid, that's manual labor & no pay. Next time I'm bringing salt packet or shaker. I pay the waiter or waitress or next time I'll ask them to grind that's what the bill is for.
Dude, you're a knob if that's your beef🙄
