This place helped give me a trial pair of contacts along with the help of my doctor out of state since my only pair ripped while I was on vacation. Very nice people!

I asked for a manager regarding a refund and out of 4 staff members the manager is the only one helping a patient chose a pair of glasses. DO NOT get polarized lenses if you are planning on driving since you won't be able to see properly and might have an accident and they don't tell you this in advance. The effect of the polarized glasses through the windshield creates a rainbow effect in your vision when driving that is distracting and can surely cause an accident. This is a well know issue in the industry but they didn't know and refuse to give me a refund.

I had recently purchased a pair of glasses that I had selected. However after wearing the frames, I realized that they were too small for my face. I met with Alejandro the manager, he was so helpful and took the time to assist me in finding another pair. My experience with Optical Outlet was better than I expected. I am very happy with my new frames and the quality of service I received. :D

Bought new glasses for my almost 5 year old daughter . The gentleman who helped us was not that helpful and recommended glasses that didn’t fit my daughters face . I am not a eye glass professional so I was not aware her eyes needed to be in the center of the glasses , why the man sold me glasses that didn’t fit my child is a mystery to me. I was also not informed of the specials saving me money on the glasses as well. Just did not find this location helpful or knowledge .

We’re happy to answer any questions on vision insurance and to work with you to optimize your benefits. Although our financial office is well versed in the complexities of insurance coverage, it’s always a good idea to review your specific benefits with your HR department or insurance carrier.

Taking your child for a comprehensive eye exam at an early age and maintaining the recommended eye care schedule as they grow is the best way to ensure your child's vision develops correctly. Visual skills support optimal learning and full participation in school and all other activities. Our pediatric eye care services include child-friendly and age-appropriate exams to check visual acuity, eye tracking, focusing skills, and problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, lazy eye (amblyopia), crossed eyes, dyslexia, color blindness, disease, or medical conditions. Depending upon our findings, we’ll discuss what’s right for your child and prescribe eyeglasses, vision therapy, or additional procedures as needed.
