Anytime you want to address satisfaction or the quality of service, you should ask to speak to a Manager if the person you are speaking with is not empowered to make a correction. I have requested and received a replacement popcorn from the servers at AMC theaters when the one I received was not hot enough. I have found the Team and Management at AMC Wheaton 9 to be very responsive and friendly.
Yes I agree. All of my interactions with the staff have been pleasant and the theatre enjoyable. Unfortunately the popcorn sits there getting cold and I usually have to ask for a fresh bag.
