For short term rentals, a deposit/hold will be placed on the card used to rent car, before you leave with the car. The exact charges are due at the time of return. You can use card deposit is on or another payment method. The longest I have rented from them has been a week. I am not sure of the procedure for longer term rentals.
They charge your card a 200 deposit. I rented for one day and they charged me the 200 deposit and the charge for 1 day.
