As an ex-restauranteur who had six successful restaurants I can tell you this. There is no excuse in this world for having to wait 2 hours for food
We have fast nights and slow nights when I used to work a line kitchen in the dark ages it was all done by the ticket the caller/person running the pass kept the right order of the tickets...yours might of been out of order or less people working
It was pretty slow for me the other night too. They may be understaffed.
I have had good luck here in the past. It has been slow when it is busy, but two hours is upsetting. Speak with a manager for sure. Way off line here.
Don't know, but I've always had excellent service and the food is good 98% of the time...
So. When I went there last they were under staffed. And our waitress was not present for several minutes. We finally flagged down a different one. Then eventually ours showed up. The food was good. But my guess is that your server forgot to put in the order.
I have no idea. You should be taking that up with the management. Like the previous person mentioned, you just might get a free meal.
Forgot to put your order in. But they are great about giving credits. Great customer service. Or they may have been really backed up
